We are a community of owners offering their beautiful, bright, modern and spacious apartments for rent at Almendra Residencial. Our apartments are located in the surfing town of Cabarete in the Puerto Plata region, Dominican Republic, just 20 minutes by taxi from Puerto Plata Airport (POP).

The location of a very beautiful, green, quiet, well-kept, dreamlike and very secure residence.
This is a very beautiful and very well-maintained complex. It was built by a German master electrician / building contractor and completed at the end of 2020. The apartments are very new and have very nice and modern furniture. The appliances are serviced at regular intervals, the pools and jacuzzis are cleaned regularly, the garden is very well maintained and everything is kept clean and in good condition.
The complex is in a private, security-monitored and very sought-after area called ProCab. It stretches over a very large area and connects to a lagoon in which many different animals live. So you can hear the wonderful animal noises all day long.

Our 57 m² studio apartments offer both comfort and functionality in a modern design. Each apartment includes a private bathroom and a terrace or balcony, perfect for relaxation. The well-equipped kitchen features a large fridge, water dispenser, and all the necessary utensils for self-catering. Large windows allow plenty of natural light, and built-in air vents ensure a constant flow of fresh air. Additionally, all studios are equipped with two large ceiling fans and air conditioning, which can be used as needed.

The Suferparadise Cabarete
Beaches
You can reach the beautiful Cabarete city beach in 10 minutes from the apartment. The famous Encuentro beach, which is ideal for surfing, is about 10 minutes by mototaxi. The kite beach is about 5 minutes away by public bus. Otherwise, there are many other beautiful beaches that you can discover.
Surfen
The famous Encuentro beach is not far away for surfing. There you can rent surfboards and take lessons at various surf schools. There is always something going on there and you can also buy delicious food and drinks there.

Kitesurf & Windsurf
You can kite directly on the city beach. There are good surfing conditions almost every day. You can also go to the kite beach, which is about 5 minutes away by bus or mototaxi. You can also kite at the Encuentro surf beach. The view from all beaches is fantastic.
There are also kitesurfing schools on all beaches.
